We picked up our new camper today. There's a lot to learn, but I was able to back it into our driveway and level it out. I'll get better at manuevering it as time goes on (I hope). I plan to dig in to the owner's manual, so I can get the hang of setting up the water, waste, hot water etc.

We're looking forward to this summer and camping. Kate is beside herself. She rolled out of bed at the crack of dawn and immediately got dressed, which is unusual for her. She normally likes to lounge around in her PJs. 7:30 AM "Dad, can we go get the camper now." She was a trooper though. She stood in the rain while Ken (the seller) ran around and packed 30 years of camping tips into about one hour. He explained how to operate and maintain everything in the camper, but I had so much on my mind that I forgot 75% of what he told me.
